Mohammad Aminul Islam obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) degree from the University of Rajshahi in 1988. In the following year, he completed his LLM from the same University. He qualified as an Advocate of the District and Sessions Court in Dhaka in 1992 and later qualified as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh on 1994. He started his career in 1994 as an associate of Mr. Habibul Islam Bhuiyan, Senior Advocate and former Law Minister of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. He joined Sadat Sarwat & Associates in 2003 and has been one the leading figure for the litigation team of the firm ever since. He has later become a partner of the firm. Aminul Islam is one of the senior practitioners at the firm and has in-depth knowledge of Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Customs, VAT, Income Tax, and Artha Rin Adalat (Money Loan Court Act) Law.
