According to the plan of our Government by 2021, every citizen of Bangladesh will have electricity. In order to make this plan, a success the Government of Bangladesh has initiated a number of reform measures in the power sector, including significant development programs. June 24, 2020, the State Minister for Power and Energy explained that the present installed generation capacity is 23,500 MW. Government has a master plan to make its vision regarding this sector a reality. Therefore, it can be predicted that in the upcoming years there will be massive growth in the energy and power sectors of Bangladesh.
