Samiha Shafiq, a law ardent, and an aspiring lawyer, who is tremendously passionate with a deep commitment to the legal profession.

Samiha obtained her LL.B. (Hon’s) from University of London, UK and LL.M degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals, Dhaka. Thereafter, she has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations (PGDIR) from University of Dhaka. She joined the ranks at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate and worked as a Corporate Law Practitioner on the different elements of the corporate legal field and also work in the litigation sector such as Drafting, vetting on various Agreements, providing Legal Opinion on Company’s various legal issues. Samiha is specially working on Intellectual Property Laws, Money Loan Court Laws, Banking and Company laws of Bangladesh.

She is also an Apprentice Lawyer at the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, where she is gaining valuable practical experience in the court culture and legal profession.

Samiha’s main practice areas are Corporate Law, Labour and Employment Law, Litigation, Intellectual Property Law, Cyber, and IT. She has experience in Legal Opinion, making different types of Corporate Agreements and Undertakings.
