Our Team

Istiakh Ahmed Rafi completed his Barrister Training Course (BTC) at BPP University, UK, in June 2024 and successfully completed his LLM project in October 2024. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2022, following a Diploma in Law from the same institution in 2020. In February 2025, Istiakh joined Sadat Sarwat and Associates as an Associate. He has a strong interest in land law, real estate, contract disputes, and civil matters. His experience from the BTC has equipped him with excellent legal research and analytical skills, allowing him to identify potential issues and develop strategic solutions effectively. His keen attention to detail and critical thinking abilities further enhances his ability to navigate complex legal matters. As he continues to develop his expertise, Istiakh is committed to making meaningful contributions to both his firm and the broader legal community.
