Biography
Fahim Ahmed is an aspirant lawyer who holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from The University of Asia Pacific and an LL.M. from Jagannath University. Fahim was honored with the title of Best Co-Curricular Personality at UAP. As a delegate, he represented Bangladesh at the Youth Delegation to India, hosted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of India. Additionally, Fahim has completed special courses in Competition Law and Global Conflict Dispute Resolution in India. He also participated in the spring school organized by UNESCO Madanjeet Singh South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies & UAP. As a mooter, Fahim has gained extensive experience through participation in moot court competitions, including the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, the K.K. Luthra Moot Court Competition, and others.
He worked in the court premises, gaining experience in Criminal, Labour, and Civil matters before joining “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate Lawyer in January 2024.
