Our Team

Faiz completed his Bar Professional Training course from Nottingham Trent University, UK. He was Called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn on the 25th of November 2021.

Faiz completed his LL.B. (Hon’s) from the University of London and holds an LLM degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals. Before joining “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate Barrister, Faiz worked as a Paralegal at Hamlet Solicitors LLP (UK). Also, he worked as a legal intern in the National Legal Aid Services Organization and USAID’s Justice for All Program.

Faiz developed a strong expertise in reviewing wide array of corporate documentation, drafting and vetting multifarious types of agreements, contracts and encountering the common legal, compliance and technical issues faced by various companies and project management.
