Our Team

T. M. Mahim Ishrak completed his Barrister Training Course at City University of London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn on the 27th of July 2023. Ishrak, also completed his LLM in Corporate Law and Practice (2022) from City University of London, specializing in advanced corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and international business transactions. He completed his LLB (Hons) (2020) from the University of South Wales.

In September 2024 Mahim joined Sadat Sarwat and Associates as an Associate, he focuses on providing legal solutions to clients across various sectors. His expertise lies in corporate law, where he assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
