Mohammad Abdul Momin obtained his M.A. LL-B degree from the University of Dhaka. He joined the ranks at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate and worked as a Corporate Law and Court Practitioner on the different elements of the corporate legal field and also work in the litigation sector such as Drafting, Vetting, Rental/Lease Agreements, Sale Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Power of Attorney, Trademark, Copyright, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Farms (RJSC) and Letters of Undertaking etc.
