Arifur obtained his LL.B. (Hon’s) and LL.M degree from the Eastern University, Dhaka and enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council as on Advocate. He joined the ranks at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate Advocate. His areas of expertise include land survey tribunal suits, real estate, service matters, administration tribunals, cheque bounce cases, bankruptcy suits, Artha Rin suits (recovery of money), commercial arbitration, labour laws, Title suits, probate cases, trademarks, and copyrights suits, injunction matters (permanent and mandatory) and summary suits, etc. He is skilled at handling complex legal cases and conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide effective solutions for clients and is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in practice.
