Mr. Shorif Touhidul Millat completed his LL.B. (Hons’) and LL.M. from Premier University, Chittagong and enrolled as an Advocate in the Bangladesh Bar Council under the Chittagong District Bar Association on September 2021. He joined at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate in April 2022.

Shorif’s core expertise are Vetting of property documents & providing legal opinion upon right & title of the property; Drafting various kinds of security documents like Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Revocation of Power, Redemption of Mortgage, Hypothecation, etc
