She has advised Including several Management Services, Private and Public Limited companies, and several subsidiary companies on the laws of Bangladesh

Advised pharmaceutical companies in relation to their share transfer and management sale in Bangladesh; Advised several leading telecommunication company based in Singapore on its licensing agreement in Bangladesh and other telecom matters; Advised several association of top private airlines companies in financial dispute with Government of Bangladesh: Advised several power generation companies on setting up power plants in Bangladesh; Advised numerous foreign companies in setting up joint venture companies for various projects in Bangladesh. She is also working with World Bank group, Investment Finance Corporation (IFC), HSBC, BNP Paribas, Premier Bank and several other banking and non-banking financial institutions.
She is also a writer including writing articles regularly on various legal matters and is also a co-author of a book namely “Contemporary Theory of Business and Commercial law”.
