Sadia obtained her LL.B. (Hon’s) degree from the University of Dhaka, in 2005 and moved to Australia, where she has worked in various organizations. She has completed her LL.M from University of Asia Pacific in 2020 (UNESCO Fellowship). She qualified as an Advocate of the District and Sessions Court in Dhaka in 2023. She joined Sadat Sarwat & Associates in 2020 and has become one of the key players of the Sadat Sarwat and Associates team.

Sadia worked as a Corporate Law Practitioner on the different elements of the corporate legal field and also work in the litigation sector such as Drafting, Vetting on various Agreements, providing an opinion on companies various legal issues and providing Legal Opinion. Sadia’s main practice areas are Civil, Corporate, Banking, Contracts, Labour and Employment Law etc.
