Mr. Shorif Touhidul Millat completed his LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from Premier University, Chittagong, and enrolled as an Advocate in the Bangladesh Bar Council under the Chittagong District Bar Association in September 2021. He joined “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” as an Associate in April 2022.

Shorif’s core expertise are Vetting of property documents & providing legal opinion upon right & title of the property; Drafting various kinds of security documents like Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Revocation of Power, Redemption of Mortgage, Hypothecation, etc.
