Syed Aziz Ahmed (Faisal) obtained his LL.B. (Hon’s) (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of London, UK in 2013 and also obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree from Eastern University, Bangladesh in 2015.

He also obtained his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from the University of Dhaka in 2021 in Human Resource Management (HRM). He joined as an Associate at “Sadat Sarwat and Associates” in October 2022. He obtained his enrolment with the Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate of the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka in 2023.

Syed Aziz Ahmed (Faisal)’s main practice areas are Banking Related Laws, Artha Rin Adalat Ain Suits (recovery of money), Civil Suits, Family Law, Labour Laws, Arbitration Law, Trust Law, Corporate Legal Vetting, Legal Drafting etc. He is efficient in handling complicated legal issues and conducting legal research and analyse legal documents, for providing effective solutions to the clients and is committed to uphold the highest ethical standards and honesty in practice.
