Our Team

Toufiq Elahi Khan obtained his L.L.B (Hon’s) from the University of London in 2015. Thereafter, he obtained his LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK in 2017. Toufiq completed his Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from the Cardiff University, UK in 2019 and subsequently was called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Toufiq is an Advocate of the District and Sessions Judges’ Court, Dhaka.

Toufiq has joined the chamber in 2020 and regularly advises clients in the areas of, including but not limited to, admiralty, banking, constitutional matters, company matters, commercial matters, employment, shipping, insurance, real-estate, taxation etc.
