Mr. Omar Sadat
Founding Partner

Mr. Omar Sadat, Barrister-at-Law, is the Managing Partner at Sadat Sarwat and Associates, bringing over 27 years of legal experience to the firm. He has a diverse practice, including corporate and advisory services, finance and markets, and dispute resolution. His extensive expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the firm’s success.

Mrs. Sarwat Siraj
Founding Partner

Mrs. Sarwat Siraj, a Barrister-at-Law and advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, brings over 25 years of legal experience to Sadat Sarwat and Associates. She earned her LL.B. (Honors) from the University of Hertfordshire and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln’s Inn, London. Mrs. Siraj specializes in areas including Banking, Intellectual Property, Securities and Exchange, Aviation, Admiralty Law, International Arbitration, Contract Law, Real Estate, and Tax Law.

Mr. Aminul Islam, a partner at Sadat Sarwat and Associates, is a seasoned legal practitioner for 35 years with extensive knowledge in constitutional, civil, criminal, customs, VAT, income tax, and Artha Rin Adalat laws. Mr. Sabel Nawaz
Partner

Mr. Sabel Nawaz, a partner at Sadat Sarwat and Associates, obtained his LL.B. (Hon’s) from the University of Reading in 2009 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln’s Inn in 2010. With over 15 years of legal experience, he specializes in areas such as Banking, Aviation, Intellectual Property, and International Arbitration. Additionally, Sabel serves as a legal advisor for Islamic Banking and is a member of the Sharia Management Committee at a leading bank in Bangladesh.
