1. Position: Associate Advocate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior associates in handling cases, particularly under the Artha Rin Adalat Ain,
Money Suit, and Negotiable Instruments Act. - Represent clients effectively in Dhaka Court and Labour Court proceedings.
- File and manage cases in other districts as assigned.
Qualifications:
- An active and enrolled advocate at the District and Session Judges Court, Dhaka (minimum 5 years)
- An LL M graduate (preferred).
- Smart, energetic, and able to handle challenging situations confidently.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with excellent research and communication skills.
- A passion for legal excellence and professional growth.
