1. Position: Associate Advocate

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior associates in handling cases, particularly under the Artha Rin Adalat Ain,
    Money Suit, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
  • Represent clients effectively in Dhaka Court and Labour Court proceedings.
  • File and manage cases in other districts as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • An active and enrolled advocate at the District and Session Judges Court, Dhaka (minimum 5 years)
  • An LL M graduate (preferred).
  • Smart, energetic, and able to handle challenging situations confidently.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with excellent research and communication skills.
  • A passion for legal excellence and professional growth.
